Some website scammed me

Not on this forum, so I didn't want to post this on marketplace.





So this site pretty much scammed me, I ordered something and got the product in some shitty ass quality and it was pretty fucked up. I used my credit card to pay but I have no idea how I could get my money back?



I heard people call up there credit card company and report a unauthorized payment? Any idea how that works? Any help is appreciated
