I need help on how can i make a paypal account so that i could recieve payments and then use them on games like league of legends...And the problem im facing i cant get a creadit card because im not having a fulltime job (im going to school) so i cant get mastercard,,(corupt country..)I hope that someone could help me to make one atm i only have a "NLB Maestro card witch i can use on atm.
