Ok, here's a quick description of what I need.
When you right click an NPC (A VILLAGER) it will come up with a GUI menu, like a MC hot bar. In the slots there will be multiple potions. You have to pay x amount of dollars to buy a potion. When you drink it, you can either win double your money, or lose your money.

If I find it very well coded, I may consider hiring for my network.
