Gaming PC

I've never build my own PC before, and i'm very interested in learning how. I have a general understanding of what each part of a computer does, but i don't know what the difference between Intel Core i7-3770 3.4GHz and Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz is besides what the GHz mean (Just an example). My budget is $1000 and i'd like to have a PC that would be able to stream and play league of legends with atleast 60 FPS. Thank you in advance, and here are a few preferences that i'd like to have for this gaming PC:

• Nvidia graphics card, never used AMD and don't feel comfortable buying one.


• Intel for CPU.


• Fan cooling system preferably, since i don't know much about other methods such as water cooling.
